1. Do push yourself and put more weight on the bar.
2. Don’t talk yourself out of lifting it because it looks heavy.

If you can do ten pounds less for 3 with relative ease, you can do ONE with more. This applies to most of life’s strength tasks.

The mind is where strength must lay!
