Dooleys and Don’t-Leys #28

1. Do hip hinge patterns that have carry-over into life.

2. Don’t listen to goofy people who tell you not to deadlift.

If someone tells you deadlifting is bad for your back/knees/whatever, feel free to tell them this:

“Deadlifting is a hip hinging pattern. I hip hinge a minimum of 4 times a day to sit on the toilet. I will learn to carry it over to sit down, pick things up, and use the toilet, so I stop hurting myself.”
