1. Do keep getting assessed and exercising discipline when you have a goal to reach.
2. Don’t get in your head that it’s impossible just because it didn’t happen today.
Today, I stink at body weight pistol squats. But getting assessed by masterful people makes one better. Then, apply the advice and see what works until IT WORKS.
It won’t be long till I pistol the 24 with beautiful form, for my assessors – and myself -will see to it.
