Not Pressing to Improve Pressing

You can press more to improve pressing. Or, you can find an energy leak and attack it.

My money is on doing both to improve pressing.

During my Functional Movement Screen at CK-FMS, we found an asymmetry in the way I bear weight on one knee in half-kneeling. By attacking this assymetry, I was able to break through a sticking point in my press.
