What You Ignore Will Find You

The hardest part of my park workout was carrying the bells 7 city blocks.

That told me I had been ignoring the most important reason to work out: the strength carryover into real life. I need to get stronger.

What you are ignoring will find you, and it might find you setting the bells down early. Or, it might find you with injury.

Yoga enthusiasts crave mobility but need stability and strength.

Ignore this, and it will find you.

Powerlifters with the epitome of strength may have limited mobility in crucial places, leading to injuries and power leaks.

Ignore this, and it will find you.

From avoiding falls to Olympic feats, Every human needs to be a combination of the trifecta: mobility, stability and strength.

What you want is not always what you need. So, do your thing. Lift weights, swing bells, dance, do yoga, play your sports. But you need to marry mobility, stability and strength. Guaranteed.

It might mean doing something you don’t want to do, so you can keep doing what you love without injury.

Ignore this, and it will find you.
