The Constant Incentive

I’m constantly surrounded by colleagues and patients trying to better themselves.

So, I sometimes forget that most people need an incentive to train and eat healthy.

Health doesn’t do it for some reason.

One might try to slim down for a wedding, a prom, a graduation, before or after having kids, and the list of reasons go on and on.

Until you evolve to doing this for your health, do it for some other reason. I’ll concede. But eventually evolve into doing this because you respect yourself.

Surround yourself with people that are in it for the long haul, and not just to fit into a dress or show off for an ex.

The constant incentive is the commitment you make to be the best version of yourself. It’s the way to get results that last past a moment in time.

Hire coaches instead of going it alone.

Make your treatments a priority and a budgeted expense.

The constant incentive can be your evolution.
