You’ll have to excuse me – but what a load of bull.
If I’ve learned one thing on my journey to health, it was NOT to consume more things and do more things.
I’m not medicine deficient, nor spin-class deficient. When I started taking away, I felt a weight lifted off me. I simultaneously felt more weight physically come off me, too!
Less tends to be more. The body craves homeostasis. It doesn’t dig rapid and excessive change. In fact, it will down regulate most functions to make sure you stay right where you are.
So, micro change beats macro change. Slow, consistent changes trump speed. The tortoise won the race.
You can free yourself on this Independence Day from subscribing to fads or consuming fists-full of supplements to feel better, look better, or be better.

Eat less, breathe more.
Think less, do more.
Gripe less, help more.
Consume less, be more.
