Video Dooley Noted: 9/9/2013
In this week’s Video Dooley Noted, I discuss the importance of crawling in the vast majority of movement-based rehabilitative programs.
Recall when you were a baby, and your prime goal was to crawl from point A to B, then to C. Your brain was live-wired and developing relationships about how to program movement.
Get there again.
Even if the brain has been through neurological devastation like stroke or Parkinson’s, it CAN be retrained.
If you have fears, or learning disabilities – you CAN retrain your brain to better handle these things.
It will take work. Lots of it.
Crawling is a solid start.
