This weekend, I had the honor of assisting my boss and mentor, David Weinstock, at our yearly East Coast NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT) Level III seminar.
It was an extraordinary seminar, as was every NKT I’ve ever attended.
But this one was special.
I was surrounded by some of the most experienced NKT practitioners from all across the country – and some from around the world, like Australia, Canada, Morocco, and England.
I always get a natural high talking about movement with my geeky, incredibly brilliant friends and colleagues. But NKT brings the most open-minded, humble humans I’ve ever met.
This seminar was particularly special, since it was the first seminar to be conducted at the gym I co-own in Midtown Manhattan.
It’s such an honor to have the opportunity to host NKT, a technique I love, at Catalyst S.P.O.R.T., my new home.
