Why You Aren’t Motivated

Dooley Noted: 10/11/2014

You say you want to lose weight.

It’s difficult. Watching the diet and consistently exercising require lifestyle changes.

You say you want to be successful.

It’s difficult. It means sacrificing outings and trips to commit to your work.

You say you want a loving relationship.

It’s difficult. It means putting someone else’s needs alongside your own.

Most people aren’t really motivated to get what they desire.

They state they want something, then spend the majority of their time sabotaging it.

They want to be strong but let things get in the way.

They want to eat whatever they want and still get the body they crave.

They want to sleep in more than they want to be successful.

They want their desires met before they sacrifice for the desires of their loved ones.

You don’t need to “find” motivation.

Stop looking for it.

It finds you, if you truly want something.

You don’t want it if you can’t get motivated.

It’s okay to admit it.

If you do want it, let nothing stop you.

Be a freight train of success.

As always, it’s your call.
