Here’s the truth: This will end.
All pain for you will absolutely end.
But so will all the joy. The same goes for happiness, sadness, grief, and excitement.
You’ll never be able to hold onto anything more than a moment unless you fuel it.
You have to move forward, and you have to evolve.
People come to me in pain, and I show them how to see themselves out of it.
I can’t help everyone, because not everyone is ready to move forward.
Some people wear their injuries like badges of identity.
They weave their shoulders, hips, and backs into every moment – until they don’t.
They let go of the pain the moment they work to change their present moment.
Just as quickly as chronic pain can end, it can return. Chronic pain is a program one runs until the software is updated.
Yes, it’s true: They are fueling their chronic pain.
And yes, sometimes it takes immense internalization to treat chronic pain.
It takes change.
It takes effort.
It takes an evolution.
It takes work one has never done before to become a self never known.
And some people are not ready to let go of pain.
They marry their diagnoses.
They “have” a herniation or a tear, until the diagnoses actually “have” THEM.
When you’re ready to let go of your chronic pain, a world of people are ready to be inspired by you.
Get assessed. Get corrected.
Do good work. Evolve.
Learn that all joy, pain, happiness and sadness are moments that we can feed or dismiss.
And they all end unless fed.
As always, it’s your call.
