Eric Chessen

Profession:
Exercise physiologist and founder of Autism Fitness, and co-founder/co-owner of Stronger Than U (an incredible strength equipment company)

How I know him:
Marjorie Brook, LMT, asked me at a seminar, “Do you know Eric Chessen?”

My life would never be the same.

How he’s changed me:
In less than a year, he has shown me that being polite is a priority. He has taught me that being reactionary can actually set one back and to ride the waves with a little more introspection.

And he taught me how to be creative with scheduling 10 jobs and down time.
