If you’re lucky, you meet a few people in life that pave the way to make your dreams reality.
Joe Boffi is one of those people for me.
I’ll never forget the day I met Joe.
It was in January 2012.
I hosted the great Dave Whitley for a kettlebell skills seminar.
My friend Ari Harris invited Joe for his birthday.
Joe approached me for help with his back pain.
He did everything I advised him to do, and he got back to doing the things he loved.
We believed in each other’s methods so much that we became business partners, along with the great Jason Kapnick.
I sometimes find my mind wondering what life would be like, had I not met Joe.
He’s a fighter and a brilliant strength coach.
He’s an efficient business owner, often putting in more hours than you can count.
He lives and breathes fitness, always trying to take his coaching to the next level.
And he’s a man of integrity, that follows through with what he says he will do.
He consistently busts my chops, reminding me to check priorities.
I’m better knowing Joe.
I’m very lucky to not only be his colleague in strength.
I’m lucky to co-own Catalyst SPORT with Jason and him.
And I’m lucky to call such an awesome man my friend.
Happy birthday to Joe Boffi.
If you’re lucky enough to know him, make him feel special to day.
He IS special. And he helped my dreams come true.
As always, it’s your call.
