The Person: Marc Andresen

Profession: strength coach, writer for The Examiner

How I know him:
NKT first, then he became my SFG (kettlebell) training partner.

How he’s changed me:
Marc showed me the importance of filtration during the knowledge pursuit. He’s the first to state, “That’s not resonating.” He’s not afraid to step back and admit, “I don’t get it.” He taught me the importance of humility and the growth that occurs because of it.
