We eat the junk – even if it makes our problems worsen.
We skip the workout – even though we know it pays us back with energy.
We pick the fight – even though we know we will feel worse.
We weave the web, then act surprised when we become entangled.
We throw our hands up, claiming life is out of our control.
We fail to catalyze our own growth, and beg others to fix us.
We are shown a path to success, and shrug it off for lack of evidence.
We weave the web, then act surprised when we become entangled.
Then one moment, we hear the truth that’s been waiting for us.
We see the webs weaved by others – and we are reminded of our past webs.
We feel the ease we never permitted ourselves to feel.
We commit to be more than our excuses.
We abandon self-sabotage and realize results take time.
We leave behind the webs we weaved and leave a life entangled.
Get entangled in the web, or leave it.
As always, it’s your call.
