The Dream Team

This last weekend, I had the honor of lead instructing the Level I NeuroKinetic Therapy seminar in New York City at Catalyst SPORT.

This seminar was special for many reasons.

The gym I co-own, which houses my practice, was the host for the seminar.

My two business partners, Jason Kapnick and Joe Boffi, were attendees. These two expert trainers have seen how NKT has helped their clients and themselves, so they wanted to learn more.

My esteemed colleague, Dr. Kento Kamiyama, led his first section of NKT. He practices in the treatment room next to me, and we are living proof that chiropractors and physical therapists can be in complete symbiosis. Dr. Kamiyama is an excellent teacher and demonstrated utmost skill when describing shoulder movement.

One of Catalyst SPORT’s trainers, Joe Gonzalez, assistant instructed, bringing many people to the seminar series through his influence. He and several colleagues sat in full squat during breakout lectures, showing that they practice what they preach.

The class was full of attentive and eager manual therapists and fitness professionals, and every single person showed thanks for the weekend of knowledge sharing.

Luckily for me, that’s typical at an NKT seminar.

But it was incredibly special to see the Catalyst SPORT Dream Team at work, improving their skill sets and helping each other take their knowledge to the next level.

I’m thrilled to go to Catalyst SPORT this morning, and I can’t wait to support my colleagues with their newfound skill sets.

You can live to build yourself up.

Or, you can be part of a Dream Team that builds up each other and everyone else around them.

As always, it’s your call.
