Karen has taught me the importance of family. Oftentimes, we have very different opinions. She has taught me how to break through those debates and get to the root of importance to find common ground.
Most importantly, she’s taught my current thinking is not always the right thinking for the situation.
Through the toughest times in my life, Karen was there, showing me a different perspective. This saved my life on two occasions.
She also showed me that you can be top of your company, while still being a wife and mother. She’s a powerhouse of work ethic and family devotion. My admiration for her grows with the years.
