The Person: Jacqueline (Jackie) Kook
 
Profession: strength and conditioning coach
 
How I know her: 
I met Jackie while visiting the great Ari Harris at Pharaoh’s Army Fitness. She now is a major part of our Catalyst SPORT health and fitness team.
 
 
How she’s changed me:
Jackie has taught me the power of quiet during training.
 
 
She is not distractible and has enormous focus. She is often seen in the corner, performing qi gong before she does mobility warm-ups. Her training is focused and strong, mixing barbells, kettle bells, and body weight drills.
 
 
She’s not the kind of trainer that is distracted from her client, either. She has a laser-focused coach’s eye, picking up movement flaws before they become injuries.
 
 
It’s an honor to be her colleague and team member.
