One-Legged Lateral Hip Activation Drill

In this video segment of Dooley Noted, I discuss one-legged activation drills for the lateral hip. 
Frontal (side-to-side) plane activation of the hip sometimes gets ignored in training, allowing the body to quickly trade off back movement for hip movement. 
To protect both the back and hip in this plane, progress to this drill. 
Regressions are seen in a separate video called “Glute Medius Activation.”
