We all know life isn’t easy.
Every person you know is struggling with something.
How we face our battles helps to define us in present time.
Our struggles are important.
If you are battling pain – or just trying to achieve a goal – I hope you watch this.
You don’t have to watch all 7 minutes of me attempting to rip this 1500-page phone book.
But if you do, you will catch a few important points.
1. There are times I almost give up, when it seems impossible.
2. There were no magic tricks or voodoo corrections.
The coach guides me through effective technique cues and let’s me apply the laws of physics.
3. Readjustments must be made, since continuing on an ineffective path gets you to the goal more slowly.
4. Inefficiency is stagnating and leaves more time for one to give up on a goal.
5. More gains are made when I stopped to listen – really listen – to the coach, an objective set of eyes that wants nothing but for me to succeed.
You can give up on the goal. Life will move on.
Or, you take some new approaches and get some feedback on the struggles you are facing.
You may find you don’t want to quit when someone else is helping you with the struggle.
As always, it’s your call.
