Everyday Fitness

Dooley Noted: 6/7/2015

Yesterday, I awoke in a relaxed state.

I headed to Catalyst SPORT two hours early, since we were hosting a seminar.

As I prepped for the day, I was remiss to find a projector cord missing – one hour before the seminar.

My relaxed state was abruptly met with panic.

So, I depended on the Everyday Fitness I spend every day building up.

I sprinted across the city, going between three places to find the cord.

I went up and down stairs like a ninja, and I dashed across city streets to get to where I needed to be.

It was an hour city-wide dash.

I was never out of breath, and I was juggernaut focused.

After arriving right on time to connect the projector cord, I realized how thankful I was for my fitness.

You can train every day for a great body or for continued injury resiliency.

You can also train for those unexpected events in life where you’ll need fitness to get the job done.

As always, it’s your call.
