The Birth of a Catalyst

Dooley Noted: 7/1/2015

One year ago, my entire life changed in a way I never could have imagined.

We officially opened the doors to Catalyst SPORT.

We created the environment in which we always wanted to do good work.

We had five major needs to give to our clients:

Strength.
Performance.
Orthopedics.
Rehabilitation.
Training.

We knew that most pain and injury were caused by deficits in the power trifecta of mobility,
stability, and strength.

So we focused on giving the trifecta back to the people that are seeking our help.

United in this principle set, clinicians and trainers could work side-by-side to help people through injury and make them better than before they came to us.

To no one’s surprise, we have been a huge success in our first year of being open.

We have helped catalyze people towards a new sense of self.

I work alongside the most expert people in our fields of manual therapy, movement coaching and personal training.

These people inspire me every day to get up in the morning. And once I enter Catalyst, I’m the doctor I’ve always wanted to be.

My teammates have inspired me to do the same for myself.

In the past year, my deadlift has increased 75 pounds – as I lost 10 pounds.

All of my old aches and pains are gone.

And we want the world to feel what we are giving to each other and to ourselves: the catalyzing of that power trifecta found in all of us.

Happy first birthday, Catalyst SPORT.

It’s an honor to walk into your doors every day.

Words can’t express how thankful I am to the Catalyst SPORT team for making me a part of their lives.

You can wait for your dream job to happen.

Or, you can catalyze it – and the dream comes right to you.

As always it’s your call.
