Dooley Noted: 8/28/2015
Tonight, I worked on my pull-up.
My training partner stood behind me and pointed out my discrepancies.
He noted that when I struggled, my right side neck would bend towards my shoulder as it slightly hiked.
I couldn’t feel it, so I asked him to photograph it.
A picture really does say 1,000 words.
As I saw my discrepancy for myself, I worked to correct this issue in my sets.
My partner verified I became more and more successful.
If you aren’t already filming or photographing your technique, now is a good time to start.
Just because you don’t feel it, it doesn’t mean your technique isn’t falling apart.
