Laying Foundations

Times they are a changing.

We are about to round out our first year of laying the foundation for our exciting new seminar series, Immaculate Dissection.

We are into our second year of helping people move well, pain-free and often at Catalyst SPORT.

And I’m embarking on the most exciting romantic relationship of my life.

All three are in their formative stages.

Laying a foundation can be very tough and scary.

Initially, you have to trust something that has zero evidentiary support of working out.

So, you start doing the groundwork.

You work hard to build connections.

You learn from those who have succeeded and failed.

You put in ultimate efforts, not expecting specific returns.

It’s the most challenging phase of the burgeoning success to be obtained.

The process is the result, after all.

I hope you are not working, loving, or living in a mundane way.

I hope you are laying down a stable foundation for the growth pf something with which to be proud.

And if you are not – it’s never too late to remodel the existing infrastructure and rebuild again.

Either way, I hope you are building something worthy of your current efforts.

And once it is built, I hope you never grow stagnant and always work for ways to make it even better.

As always, it’s your call.
