Learning Breathing and Immaculate Dissection

Dooley Noted: 2/10/2016

In Immaculate Dissection I: Core Concepts, we teach you the anatomy of the core musculature in a way that is not so book-heavy.

We get you feeling the anatomy through palpation and movement.

What we notice each time we teach is the disconnect by many to understand the proper building of intraabdominal pressure (IAP).

If IAP is like a dial, one must learn to use the dial to properly activate what is needed to protect the spine – yet permit proper movement of the trunk and limbs.

But if you don’t understand the mechanics of achieving proper IAP, then you mobilize on a wobbly platform.
