A great way to get me to walk out of a seminar is to talk smack about another technique – or moreover, another person.
You’ll never hear it happen at the two seminar companies for which I teach.
And we don’t bother doing it at the schools at which I teach.
There is no point.
All that smack talk is an attempt to validate oneself.
And if you need to validate yourself through putting down other people or techniques, then your ego is in the way of what you have to share.
When all is said and done, most techniques are a different vernacular for the same outcome.
Help people move better and more authentically.
Stop the smack talk.
You don’t need to put others down to build yourself up.
Share and those that resonate will flow with you.
As always, it’s your call.
