We live in a world where you can Skype across the world and offer your guidance.
This has been an unforeseen (and completely welcome) attribute to my worldly travels in teaching.
I can do a seminar and share any knowledge I’ve accumulated.
Then, I can serve as a source of consultation for those who may be stuck in a rut with their therapeutics or rehab coaching.
If you are feeling stuck, do not fret.
I have been there myself and Skype- consulted all over the world with like-minds who offered me a fresh viewpoint.
From trouble-shooting kettlebell skills to dysfunctional movement patterns, a watchful professional can help you figure out glitches that can get you out of pain.
This week, I helped some awesome, open-minded people from my own country and as far away as New Zealand!
Distance coaching and movement training can keep you on track, especially if you resonate more with someone who’s not in your backyard.
If you are a coach or movement therapist, please comment below so I can add you to my Skype network referral system.
And don’t be afraid to reach out for your own screens, assessments, and coaching by your colleagues – via Skype or in person.
As always, it’s your call.
