Helping Yourself

Dooley Noted: 7/13/2016

I want to help all people that want to help themselves.

Otherwise, I have a low tolerance to field complaints.

I’m not a cold person.

But I’ve watched people come to me in tears – just to ignore all of my suggestions and abandon all responsibility.

So, I have to state the truth.

The only one perceiving the pain is you.

Therefore, you are the only one in charge of the pain dissipating.

Any doctor or practitioner is nothing but a catalyst to help you help yourself.

So, I urge you to stop the feelings that you are a victim.

Change that neurological pathway by taking charge again.

Help yourself by getting fully engaged in decreasing pain responses.

Get assessed. Get correctives. Apply them.

Seek others to help you – then, take the wheel and help yourself.

As always, it’s your call.
