Jetlag makes it tough to sleep.
So, it can leave you up late at night thinking.
As my sleep normalizes, I’m still stuck with one major ruminating thought from earlier this week.
I am 1 in 7.442 billion people on this planet.
Out of the 7.442 billion, NYCC chose me to be their first masters in anatomy student. And anatomy has propelled my understanding of health.
Out of 7.442 billion, David Weinstock chose me to be one of his lead instructors. And NKT has propelled my understanding of movement – and of community.
Out of 7.442 billion, Joe Boffi asked me to help him with his back pain. Joe and Jason Kapnick invited me to co-create Catalyst SPORT, which propelled my understanding of a tribe.
Out of 7.442 billion, the talents and unending work ethic of Danny Quirk and Anna Folckomer magnetized to me. And our seminar, ID, has propelled my understanding of family.
And out of 7.442 billion, Jonathan Fernandez chose me to be his wife. And Jonathan has propelled my understanding of true love.
When you are chosen out of 7.442 billion, you need to make it count.
This jetlag has given me immense gratitude for those who chose me.
I hope you don’t wait like I did to have jetlag, in order to realize just how rare your connections are.
As always, it’s your call.
