“The biggest thing that Dr. Dooley taught me is to try and be healthy. That is a big deal considering I’ve never tried to be healthy before. My focus was always wanting to lose weight, but there are a lot of unhealthy skinny people out there. Some of the things that I strive for specifically that she taught me are: increase muscle mass, don’t just exercise-move more throughout the day, stretch like my dogs do, eliminate artificial sweeteners, and everything in moderation.”
